Role Overview

As a Product Marketer, you will be the bridge between our product innovation and the everyday realities of shippers. Your mission is to clearly position our solution as the preferred choice for mid-sized manufacturers, distributors, and retailers looking to gain control, visibility, and cost efficiency in their transportation operations. You will shape how our TMS is perceived in the market, define its go-to-market strategy, and ensure that our messaging speaks directly to the priorities of shippers.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will connect our product’s capabilities to the real needs of mid-market shippers, ensuring our go-to-market approach drives awareness, adoption, and retention. Specifically, you will:

  • Develop positioning and messaging that highlight our TMS as the most practical, scalable, and intuitive solution for mid-market shippers.

  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product releases, enhancements, and market segments in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing.

  • Conduct market and competitive analysis focused on shipper-facing TMS platforms and evolving logistics technology trends.

  • Create and manage marketing assets—case studies, product overviews, presentations, and web content—that demonstrate measurable shipper value (e.g., reduced freight costs, improved visibility, simplified workflows).

  • Enable Sales teams with messaging, collateral, and competitive insights tailored to shipper decision makers (transportation managers, logistics analysts, supply chain directors).

  • Collaborate with Product Management to feed market insights and customer feedback into product roadmap discussions.

  • Track product performance and campaign metrics, using insights to refine positioning and improve go-to-market effectiveness.

  • Act as the voice of the shipper, ensuring our communication and strategy reflect their operational pain points and decision-making criteria.

  • Coordinate analyst and consultant engagements—including Gartner interviews and Magic Quadrant submissions—to provide accurate, compelling narratives about our TMS performance, roadmap, and customer success stories.

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and customer-centric marketer who understands both SaaS and shipper logistics. You should have:

  • Proven experience in Product Marketing, SaaS marketing, or go-to-market strategy, ideally in TMS, supply chain, or logistics technology targeting shippers.

  • A strong grasp of shipper transportation processes—including freight planning, carrier management, and cost optimization.

  • The ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear business outcomes relevant to mid-market organizations.

  • Experience developing go-to-market and product launch plans for SaaS solutions.

  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with a focus on storytelling and clarity.

  • Data-driven thinking and familiarity with marketing performance analytics.

  • A collaborative approach to working across Product, Sales, and Marketing functions.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
