To support our global expansion, we are looking for an International HR Manager to drive our HR strategy across multiple regions.

Role Overview

As the International People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and best practices that align with our global strategy. You will ensure compliance with local labor laws, support talent acquisition and retention, and foster a unified company culture across our diverse locations. You will lead a small team that will expand as the company grows.

This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on execution, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment, especially in periods of transformation and change.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy & Global Operations

    • Develop and execute a global HR strategy aligned with business objectives.

    • Establish and harmonize HR policies and processes across all locations while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

    • Serve as the HR business partner for leadership, providing guidance on people-related decisions and change initiatives.

  • Talent Acquisition & Retention

    • Oversee global recruitment efforts, working with regional teams to attract top talent.

    • Develop and implement onboarding programs that create a seamless experience for new employees across regions.

    • Monitor and enhance employee engagement and retention strategies, especially during organizational changes.

  • Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

    • Ensure competitive and fair compensation structures across all locations.

    • Manage global payroll, benefits, and performance review processes.

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and employment regulations internationally.

  • Culture & Employee Development

    • Drive initiatives to strengthen company culture and engagement across all offices.

    • Oversee training and development programs to upskill employees and enhance leadership capabilities.

    • Implement HR technology solutions to improve processes, enable remote collaboration, and support continuous change.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience in an international environment, ideally within the SaaS or technology sector.

  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of global HR best practices and compliance requirements across multiple countries.

  • Track Record: Proven success in guiding HR through organizational change and high-growth phases.

  • Flexibility: Ability to work effectively across time zones and build strong relationships with diverse, cross-cultural teams.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic problem-solving, and clear communication abilities.

  • Language: Fluency in English (Additional languages are a plus).
