The Role: What’s the mission

We are looking for a dynamic and strategically-minded Global Events, Community, and Partner Marketing Specialist to amplify the BlueRock TMS brand and accelerate pipeline generation worldwide.  You will work closely with the sales teams on choosing the right events and tradeshows and collaborate with the digital marketing team to attract the right customers and prospects to the events.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of our global events calendar, our growing customer community, and our expansive partner network. You will be instrumental in creating high-quality, memorable experiences that drive engagement, thought leadership, and business results across key markets.


What you’ll be doing

1. Global Events Strategy & Execution

  • Own the Global Events Calendar: Strategically select, plan, and execute a mix of industry trade shows, proprietary customer/partner events, and webinars across Europe, North America, and other key growth regions.

  • Logistics and Management: Manage all aspects of event coordination, including vendor relationships, budget tracking, booth design, contract negotiations, internal stakeholder coordination, and pre/post-event communication.

  • Pipeline Generation: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to design and execute lead-capture strategies that ensure a high ROI from every event.

  • Content Curation: Work with Product Marketing and Content teams to develop compelling messaging, presentations, and demo experiences tailored for each event audience.

2. Customer Community Development

  • Community Engagement: Lead marketing initiatives to foster a thriving, active global BlueRock TMS user and customer community (both online and in-person).

  • Customer Advocacy: Design and manage programs to identify and empower customer advocates, generating compelling case studies, testimonials, and referral opportunities.

  • Product Feedback Loop: Help facilitate the capture and organization of community feedback to inform product development and prioritize customer needs.

3. Partner Marketing Enablement

  • Joint Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with strategic technology and channel partners to develop and execute co-branded marketing activities, including joint webinars, case studies, and partner-led events.

  • Partner Enablement: Create marketing collateral, sales tools, and presentations to enable our partners to effectively promote and sell the BlueRock TMS solution.

  • Ecosystem Growth: Design and run campaigns focused on recruiting new, high-value partners into the BlueRock TMS ecosystem.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Mindset)

  • Experience: [3+ years] of professional experience in Marketing, with a strong focus on B2B Events, Community Management, or Partner Marketing, ideally within the SaaS, Logistics, or Supply Chain Technology sector.

  • Global Mindset: Proven ability to manage projects and stakeholders across different time zones and cultural contexts. Willingness to travel globally for events as required.

  • Strategic & Execution Excellence: The ability to think strategically about marketing goals while maintaining a keen eye for detail and flawless execution.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to internal teams and external audiences.

  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Experience with CRM (HubSpot), Marketing Automation and event management platforms is a plus.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
